A member calls and says "just put it on my card". Open their page, press "Sell a pass" (or "Charge card"), type the card or use the one already saved, tick "save this card" if they want it kept, and press one button. They get a receipt by email; nothing is ever charged automatically.
If your studio keeps a card on file for you, they can charge it only for purchases you ask for, you get a receipt every time, and you can remove it from your Appointments page whenever you like.
Owe somebody money — a cancelled class, a goodwill gesture? Add account credit on their member page. It is real money, comes off automatically the next time they book a class or buy a pass, and every movement is listed with the reason you typed.
If your studio has put credit on your account, it comes off automatically the next time you book a class or buy a pass. There is nothing to enter.
Give a member a pass without taking payment — useful when moving an existing client into Klasly with classes already used.
Add tags to members (e.g. "staff", "founding") and create discount codes that only apply to tagged members.
