Using your account credit

If your studio has put credit on your account, it comes off automatically the next time you book a class or buy a pass. There is nothing to enter.

See what you have

Open the Purchase page. If your studio has put credit on your account, a green line at the top says how much.

Book or buy as normal

The credit comes off the price at checkout — you do not enter a code or tick anything. If it covers the whole amount, you are not asked for a card at all and the booking completes straight away.

Paying the difference

If your credit is smaller than the price, the card page shows only what is left to pay. Your credit is used first, every time.

Limits
  • • Credit is specific to the studio that gave it to you, and does not expire.
Tips
  • • Account credit is money your studio has put on your account. It is different from class credits, which are a number of classes.
  • • If you start a checkout and close it without paying, your credit comes back automatically within about half an hour.
  • • Ask your studio if you are not sure why you have a balance — they can see the reason it was added.
