Add a minor member with guardian waiver

Register an underage member and send a waiver to their parent or guardian.

Prerequisites

  • • Feature: Minor Waiver must be enabled in Settings → Features.

• Role: Owner or Manager

Add a new member

Go to Members → Add Member. Fill in the minor's name and email.

Mark as minor

Toggle "Minor" on. Enter the date of birth and the guardian's email address.

Save

The guardian will receive a waiver signing request by email. They can sign without creating a Klasly account.

Tips
  • • The guardian signs from a unique link in the email — no Klasly account needed.
  • • You can check the waiver status on the member's profile page.
  • • Bulk waiver invites automatically route to guardian emails for minors.
