Find your way around a member's profile

One row of buttons for the things you do, five tabs for the things you look at, and the facts you keep hunting for (waiver, card, credits) as chips under their name.

Read the header first

Under their name is a row of chips: membership status, client category, the card on file (or "No card"), class credits, account credit if they have any, whether the waiver is signed, and "Instructor" or "Minor" where they apply. They are facts, not buttons — nothing here changes anything.

2

The row of buttons is what you can do

Book · Assign pass · Add credit · Send form · Message · Refund. Always in that order, on every profile, so you stop reading it after a week. "Refund" only appears for the owner and for managers with the "Issue refunds" permission.

3

The five tabs are what you can look at

Overview (what happens next for this person, their details, tags), Bookings (appointments, retreats, class attendance), Money (class credits, account credit, passes, refunds), Documents (send a form to sign, submitted forms, guardian waiver), Notes (SOAP / treatment notes).

4

Anything irreversible is under "More"

Removing a member lives in the "More" menu at the end of the row, not next to the everyday buttons — so a mis-tap cannot remove somebody. Test-account sign-in details are in there too.

Tips
  • • Each tab has its own web address, so you can bookmark or share a link straight to somebody's Notes or Documents. Links we send you by email already do this — the incident-report email opens their Notes tab, the "unsigned waiver" alert opens Documents.
  • • Change history sits under the tabs and is visible from all five — it records edits, credit adjustments and status changes wherever they were made.
  • • Editing their details is behind the "Edit" button on Overview. The form used to be open on arrival, which is why the page took a screen of scrolling to get past.
