Give a member a pass without taking payment — useful when moving an existing client into Klasly with classes already used.
Go to Members → click a member to open their profile.
Pick a pass from the dropdown. No payment is taken — it activates immediately.
For a class pack, just enter how many classes are remaining — e.g. a client with 10 of a 12-class pack left → enter 10. For a monthly limited pass, enter how many classes they have already used this period (e.g. 3 of 10 left → enter 7). Either way the balance matches their old record.
