Define studio spaces, link a client to a room booking, and filter the schedule by room.
Rooms → Manage Rooms → + Add room. Enter name, capacity, and description.
Above the calendar there's a Room dropdown. Default is All rooms; pick a specific room to see only what's booked there. Handy for "what's happening in Studio B today?" without scrolling through the rest. There are matching Class and Instructor dropdowns too: the Instructor list covers your whole roster, and the selection sticks while you page through weeks or months — even across stretches where that person has nothing. Filtering by class keeps room bookings visible, so the calendar never shows a room as free when it's booked.
Rooms → + Add booking. Pick the client (e.g. for body therapy / Reiki) and tick "Deduct one session from this client's pass" — one session is automatically pulled from their active pass when the booking is created. The booking detail page shows who the client is and that a session was used.
When creating or editing a class, select a room from the dropdown.
Open the room booking (click it on the Schedule, or go to Rooms and open the booking). On the detail page, use Edit details to fix a typo in the title, adjust the start/end time, toggle whether it shows on the public schedule, or update notes — even for a booking an instructor created. For public sessions you can also change the "Interested" button here after creation: rename it or turn it off for this session. Owners and managers with the Rooms permission can do this. Edits apply to that single session, not the rest of a weekly series.
Every room booking detail page has a Change history section. Expand it to see who created the booking, who edited the title / time / visibility / notes, and who cancelled it — each row shows the person, their role, and when. Useful for tracking down an accidental edit or confirming a fix landed.
