Mark a member as no-show or late cancel

Flag bookings that don't convert to attendance — for class sessions and room bookings alike.

Class sessions

On the session attendance page, each booked member has a Status column with quick No-show (red) and Late cancel (amber) buttons. Click either to flag the booking — the attended checkbox is automatically cleared.

Room bookings

Open the room-booking detail page (click the booking on the schedule or in Rooms). When a client is linked, a Status row appears with Mark no-show and Mark late cancel actions.

Undo

Click Clear on the badge to undo. The flag stays visible on this session and in reports until cleared.

Tips
  • Pass sessions are NOT auto-refunded when you mark no-show — that's intentional, since most studios charge for no-shows. Cancel the booking instead if you want to refund.
  • No-show / late cancel are tracked per booking, so the same member can attend on a different session without affecting this one.
