Set up Collective Mode

Let instructors rent your space, run their own classes, and get paid directly.

Enable Collective Mode

Go to Settings → Features. Turn on the Collective Mode features you need: Self-Scheduling, Room Management, Instructor Billing, and Direct Payout.

Set up rooms

Go to Settings → Rooms. Add each room in your studio (e.g., "Main Studio", "Practitioner Room").

Define membership tiers

Go to Settings → Tiers. Create tiers with monthly hours and pricing (e.g., "Community - 3h/month - $60").

Set Studio Fee

Go to Settings → Payout. Set the percentage you take from each class booking (e.g., 10%).

Invite instructors

Go to Instructors → Invite. Each instructor will connect their own Stripe account and choose their tier.

Tips
  • • Instructors get paid directly. Your Studio Fee is automatically deducted before the payment reaches them.
  • • Start with a few instructors to test the flow before inviting everyone.
  • • You can set per-instructor fee overrides if some instructors have different rates.
