Link a client to a room booking and deduct from their pass

For body-therapy / Reiki / 1-on-1 sessions: pull one session from the client's active pass automatically.

Add the booking

Rooms → + Add booking. Search the member in the Client (optional) field.

Tick "Deduct one session from this client's pass"

If they have an active pass, the checkbox appears. Hit Create — one session is automatically pulled from their active pass. The booking detail page shows who the client is and that a session was used.

Auto-reminders

When linked, the client gets a push notification ~1 hour before the appointment, the same way class reminders work.

Tips
  • • For the auto-deduct to work, the pass needs to live on the client's account in Klasly. If you've been tracking sessions outside of Klasly, import the pass first.
  • • If you cancel the booking, the session is automatically refunded back to the client's pass.
  • • Marking no-show does NOT auto-refund the pass — most studios charge for no-shows. Cancel the booking instead if you want to refund.
  • • Stripe checkout flow: client pays once for the pass (or recurring subscription); thereafter every linked booking ticks down their remaining count (14 → 13 → 12 …) without a separate "checkout" step at the door.
