Set what your studio keeps per kind of client — residents, corporate, private — and let each practitioner have their own rate.
Client categories decide what your studio keeps, by kind of client — set them up under Settings → Payout → "Client categories". Each one is either a percentage YOU keep (the card restates it in words, "you keep 30%, they receive 70%", because a rate read backwards pays somebody 30% of their own work) or "card cost only", where the practitioner receives the charge less what Stripe and Klasly actually charged to process it. One category is the default and applies to any client you have not filed.
File a client on their profile (Members → open them → "Client category"), or select several in the Members list and use "File under…" — a whole building of residents does not have to be done one at a time. The category follows the CLIENT, so it applies whoever they book with and whichever way they book.
A practitioner can have their own rate for a category — open them under Instructors and fill in "Client category rates". Blank means your studio rate and follows it when you change it; typing 0 means you take nothing from their bookings in that category, which is a real setting and not the same as blank.
