My Earnings shows every dollar you've earned by the stage it's in — Pending, Scheduled, Paid, or Action needed — plus anything you owe the studio.
From the sidebar, open My Earnings. The "Where your money is" section groups everything you've earned into plain-language buckets so you always know what stage each dollar is in. Empty buckets are hidden — if you haven't taught a paid class or your studio hasn't run a pass payout yet, you'll see a short note instead of made-up numbers.
Money you've earned that is still waiting for the month-end calculation, or for your owner to approve a pass-pool distribution. Nothing has moved yet.
Approved money that will be sent on the next payout run. Pass payouts go out on the 1st of each month; the bucket shows the exact upcoming date.
Money that has already settled. Depending on how your studio pays you, this is either already on your Stripe balance (Stripe then moves it to your bank on its own schedule) or has already been transferred to your bank. Either way, it's yours.
A payout failed, or your Stripe payouts aren't enabled yet. Open the banner at the top of the page (or the Stripe dashboard button) to finish setup or fix your bank details, then the money moves again.
If your studio bills you for overage hours or sends you contract invoices, those appear in a separate "What you owe the studio" section. This is the opposite direction from your payouts — money you pay the studio, not money coming to you.
