Charge a different fee for some classes or times

Override your studio fee for one class, or set a different rate for evenings and weekends.

Prerequisites

  • • Your payout model must be instructor-direct — both sections only appear then.
  • • Class Fee Override and Fee Schedules are separate features; each section is invisible until its own one is on.

Open Settings → Payout

Scroll to "Class-Specific Fees" and "Fee Schedules".

Override one class

Under "Class-Specific Fees" click "+ Add Override", pick the class, choose Percentage or Fixed Amount, enter the value and Save.

Or set a rate by time

Under "Fee Schedules" click "+ Add Schedule", name it (for example "Weekend Rate"), tick the days it covers, set From and To, and choose the fee. Leave every day unchecked for it to apply every day.

Order overlapping schedules

Give a schedule a higher Priority number to make it win over another one that also matches.

Limits
  • • When one of these features is off, its section simply does not appear on the Payout page — there is no message explaining why.
  • • A class can have one override. Saving another for the same class replaces it.
  • • A percentage must be between 0 and 100, and any fee value must be zero or more.
  • • The end time of a schedule is exclusive: a schedule ending at 5:00 PM does not cover a class starting at 5:00 PM.
  • • A schedule cannot wrap past midnight. For a late-night rate, end it at 11:59 PM and add a second schedule for the early hours.
  • • Which fee applies is decided in this order: a class override first, then a matching fee schedule, then an instructor-specific override, then your studio default.
