Read your practitioners' notes and incident reports

Every client has a Notes panel with two tabs: incident reports (with the new ones separated out) and treatment notes.

1

Open the client

Members → the client. The Notes panel is on their profile.

2

Incidents tab

Anything a practitioner reported. Reports you have not dealt with yet are grouped at the top under "Unreviewed", with what happened and what the practitioner asked you to do.

3

Mark it reviewed

Once you have acted, press "Mark reviewed". It records who reviewed it and when, and moves the report down to Reviewed. It stops counting as new — for you and on the client's record.

4

Treatment tab

The session records, newest first, each marked Shared or Not shared depending on whether the author made it available to the client's other practitioners.

Limits
  • • Notes written before practitioners could share them with the studio stay private to their author.
Tips
  • • You are emailed as soon as an incident is filed, so you should rarely find one here you did not know about. Safety concerns and boundary issues are flagged in the subject line.
  • • Incident emails go to the same people as emergency alerts — set that list in Settings → Messages → "Therapist communication".
  • • Managers need the "Manage members" permission to read notes, the same as any other client information.
  • • If any exist you will see a count at the bottom, so the panel never quietly hides that there is more.
