Give each practitioner their own booking link (virtual business card)

Every bookable practitioner has a personal link and QR that opens the studio's booking page straight on their profile — for an Instagram bio, a text to a client, or a printed card.

ForInstructorOwnerManager

Prerequisites

  • • Feature: Appointments must be enabled for the studio.
  • • The practitioner must be bookable: "Offers services" is on (or they are a publicly listed wellness partner) and at least one active service is assigned to them.
1

Practitioners: open your portal home

The "Your booking link" card is on the first screen after you sign in. It shows your link, a Copy button, and a QR code of the same link with "Download PNG".

2

Owners and managers: open the practitioner's page

Go to Instructors → click the practitioner → press "Booking link & QR" above the tabs. The sheet has the same link and QR, so you can hand it to someone who never opens the portal.

3

Share it

The link looks like app.klasly.app/b/your-studio?practitioner=… and opens the studio's booking page directly on that practitioner's profile with a Book button. Paste it into an Instagram bio, text it to a client, or print the QR on a business card.

Tips
  • • It is the studio's booking link with the practitioner added — not a separate site. Their photo, bio, specialties and services come from their profile, so keeping the profile current keeps the card current.
  • • No link yet? The owner's card says why: Appointments is off, "Offers services" is off, or no active service is assigned. Flip that one switch and the link appears. ("Offers services" turns on by itself when you tick the practitioner on a service — it is only off if someone switched it off.) On the practitioner's own portal the card simply stays hidden until then.
  • • The QR encodes exactly the same link, so a printed card keeps working if the studio changes its brand colour or layout.
