Share your booking link (no website needed)

One short link customers can tap to see your schedule and book — for your Instagram bio, Google listing, or a printed QR.

Go to Settings → Website Widget

Your booking link is the first card on the page.

Copy the link

Click "Copy link". It looks like app.klasly.app/b/your-studio and is created for you from your studio name — there is nothing to set up.

Paste it where your customers are

Instagram bio, Google Business profile, LINE or WhatsApp, your email signature, a Facebook page — anywhere a link can go. Tapping it opens your schedule, classes, team, retreats and sign-up in one page, and customers can book right there.

Print it as a QR (optional)

The same card has a QR code for the same link. "Download PNG" gives you an image for a flyer; "Print" opens a ready-made poster for your front desk or window.

Tips
  • • You do not need a website. The link opens a page Klasly hosts for you, styled with your brand colour.
  • • Have a website too? Use the "Embed Code" card further down the same page to put the schedule directly on your own pages. The link and the embed can both be live at once — they show the same thing.
  • • This QR is not the same as the "Check-in QR" further down the page. The booking QR is for new customers who want to book; the check-in QR is for members you imported, to activate their account at the front desk.
  • • The link keeps working if you change your brand colour or switch your main schedule layout — nothing to re-copy or reprint.
  • • Offer home visits? When at least one bookable practitioner has the "Mobile Service" location ticked, the card also shows a second link ending in ?tab=mobile — the same page, opened straight on the Mobile Service tab. Send that one to clients you visit at home.
