Find the address, see the map, and navigate to a home visit

Every travel-visit card in My Appointments has an "Address & map" button: the visit address with a map, one-tap Navigate into Google or Apple Maps, and a call button for the client.

1

Open My Appointments on your phone

In the practitioner portal, open Appointments. Visits at a client's home carry a "Travel visit" badge.

2

Tap "Address & map"

The card expands to show the address the client gave for this visit, with a map. The address is only shown to the practitioner assigned to the visit (and the studio's owner/manager) — it never appears in anyone else's list.

3

Tap "Navigate" to start driving

"Navigate — Google Maps" opens the Maps app with the destination already set, one tap from turn-by-turn directions. iPhone users can use the "Apple Maps" button instead.

4

Call the client if you need to

The "Call client" button dials the phone number the client gave for the visit — useful if you're running late or can't find the entrance.

Tips
  • The address shown is the one saved with this specific booking — if the client moved since, it's the address they gave when they booked.
  • Check-in and check-out stay exactly where they were; the map panel just sits alongside them on the same card.
