Book and cancel a 1-on-1 appointment

Find an instructor, pick a service, choose a date and time, and confirm your booking in four steps.

1

Open My Appointments

In the sidebar, click "My Appointments". At the top, "Book a session" lists every service you can book with who offers it, its length and price — tap one to go straight to Step 3 (date and time). Your upcoming and past appointments are below. If your studio has no classes, this page is your home ("Book" in the menu); if it has both, a Classes | Appointments switch sits at the top of Schedule and of this page.

2

Step 1 — Select an instructor

Click "Book Appointment". A list of instructors with active availability appears. Tap a card to choose. You will see the instructor's name, photo, specialties, and bio.

3

Step 2 — Select a service

Pick the appointment type you want (e.g. "60-Minute Massage"). Only the services your chosen instructor offers are shown, and each card shows that instructor's duration and price (which may differ between practitioners).

4

Step 3 — Select a date and time

A scrollable date strip shows the next 14 days. Days with no openings are greyed out with the date struck through and can't be tapped, and the first day with an opening is picked for you. Tap a date to load available time slots. Tap a time slot to jump to the confirmation step.

5

Step 4 — Add a card (paid services) and request or confirm

Review the summary (instructor, service, duration, date, time, and price) and submit. The button reads "Request appointment" when the practitioner has to accept the booking (most services) — you then see "Request sent" and the booking shows "Pending approval" — and "Book Now" when it is confirmed on the spot. For a paid service you'll be asked to add a card first — click "Add a card to book" to save one securely with Stripe, then come back and confirm. If your studio gave you a discount code, type it into the "Discount code" field here — it comes off the charge taken after the appointment. If your studio hasn't set up online payments yet, no card is asked for anywhere and the Payment line says "Pay the studio directly".

6

Cancel or withdraw an upcoming appointment

On My Appointments, find the booking in the Upcoming section and click "Cancel". This works for both confirmed bookings and requests still awaiting approval. Confirm when prompted; the booking moves to the Past section. If the studio charges for late cancellations, the row shows your free-cancellation deadline, and the Cancel button names the amount before you confirm — and whether it is charged to your saved card or due to the studio directly.

Limits
  • • You are NOT charged at booking; the card is charged only after your appointment is completed (so the practitioner can adjust the final amount for tips or add-ons).
  • • The time is not held for you until it's approved, and no payment or credit is taken until then.
Tips
  • • On a home visit you can add "Special instructions" such as parking, a gate code or which buzzer. Your practitioner sees it on the way.
  • • If no instructors appear in Step 1, no one at your studio has set up appointment availability yet. Contact your studio for help.
  • • If no time slots appear for a date, try a different date — the instructor may not have availability that day, or all slots may already be booked.
  • • "Pending approval" means the practitioner hasn't accepted your request yet.
  • • You can add a confirmed appointment to Google Calendar using the "Add to Calendar" button on the My Appointments page.
  • • Past appointments are shown for reference in the Past section — completed, cancelled, declined, and no-show statuses all appear there.
  • • For paid services you add a card once; it's reused for future bookings at the same studio. You can see "Paid $X" on a completed appointment in the Past section.
More detail

Some services ask "How long?" before the date — a row of lengths with the price on each (a chair massage sold by the hour, for instance). Pick one and the times offered are for that length; the confirmation shows the length and price you chose.

Most services also need the practitioner to approve your request: the booking shows "Pending approval" until they accept it, and you'll get an email when it's confirmed or declined.
