Every appointment has an Emergency button: call the studio in one tap, alert everyone at once, or call emergency services — without leaving Klasly or looking up a number.
On My Appointments, every upcoming appointment has an "Emergency" button under the other actions. It is on all appointments, not only home visits — a situation that needs help can happen anywhere.
The first button dials your studio's emergency number directly. You never have to look the number up or leave Klasly to find it. If your owner has not set a dedicated emergency number, this dials the studio's main number instead.
"Alert the studio now" notifies your owner and everyone else they have listed, immediately, by email and app notification. The confirmation screen tells you exactly who will be notified before you send. You can add a note, but you do not have to — send it empty if you need to be quick.
The last button dials the emergency number for the country you are in — 911 in the US and Canada, 000 in Australia, 999 in the UK, 111 in New Zealand, 112 in Ireland and most of Europe. Klasly reads the country from your phone, then from your studio. If it cannot tell, it shows no number rather than a wrong one: dial your local emergency number yourself.
After sending, Klasly tells you how many people were actually notified. If it says nobody could be reached, do not wait for a reply — call the studio directly, or emergency services if you are in danger.
