Use the Test Accounts switcher to preview as instructor or member

Click the person icon (bottom-right) to instantly sign in as a test account — see your studio from every role without logging out.

Find the person icon

Bottom-right of every screen (owner / manager with Settings permission). Click to open a panel with all test accounts in your studio.

Click any test account

You're instantly signed in as them. An orange banner stays at the top: "Viewing as {name} — Return to your account." One click returns you to your owner account.

Or copy credentials

Test account credentials are also listed on the Test Accounts card on the Settings page (with copy buttons), in case you want to log in with them in another browser.

Tips
  • • You can only switch to accounts flagged as test accounts — real members / instructors can never be impersonated.
  • • Test accounts are blocked from real Stripe actions (they can't accidentally charge a real card).
  • • Every switch is recorded in an audit log.
  • • Pre-launch checklist: book a class as the test member, take attendance as the test instructor, then review the booking + payout trail back as the owner.
