Set up your studio

A step-by-step guide to get your studio ready for members.

Create your studio

After signing up, you'll be guided through creating your studio profile — name, timezone, and business type.

Choose your mode

Select Studio Mode (you run everything) or Collective Mode (instructors rent your space and run their own business).

Connect Stripe

Go to Settings → Payments → Connect Stripe. This lets you accept payments from members. Follow the Stripe onboarding — it takes about 5 minutes.

Create your first class

Go to Classes → Create Class. Set the name, day, time, duration, capacity, and instructor. Sessions will be auto-generated.

Add your members

Go to Members → Add Member to add one at a time, or use Import CSV to add many members at once.

Set up your waiver (optional)

Go to Waivers → Edit Template to customize your waiver. You can send it to all members with one click.

Tips
  • You can always change your mode later in Settings → Features.
  • Use the setup checklist on your Dashboard to track your progress.
