Mark a holiday or closure day

Cancel every class on a specific day with one click — credits and pass uses are auto-refunded.

Open Settings → Studio Closures

Click + Add closure.

Pick a date and label

Set the date and give it a label (e.g. "Independence Day", "Owner vacation"). Save.

Auto-cancel + refund

Every non-cancelled class session on that date is automatically cancelled and the affected bookings have their credits or pass uses refunded in one step. The reason on each cancelled session is auto-set to "Studio closed: [your label]".

Tips
  • • You can list multiple closure days — the page shows all upcoming ones.
  • • Removing a closure later does NOT automatically restore cancelled sessions — recreate them manually if needed.
  • • Owners can always manage closures. Managers need the Settings permission.
