Read the money schedule on the Payments page: what goes out, what comes in, and the exact dates each movement happens.
Go to Payments. The "Money schedule — what moves and when" section lists every upcoming movement in date order. Down arrows (green) are money coming in; up arrows (red) are money going out to instructors.
On the 1st, money for the PREVIOUS month settles — pass revenue lands with your studio and, on Instructor Direct payouts only, any instructor overage is collected (everywhere else overage is tracked, not charged). Note: automatic instructor payouts from the pass pool are currently paused while we upgrade cross-border payouts, so instructor shares are not auto-sent right now — pay membership-class instructors from the "Pay instructors for membership classes" report (Pay via Stripe), and other instructors from your studio balance.
Each event installment is its own line — the guest, which payment, and the event — on its due date; click a line to open that booking. "Scheduled" means a card is saved and Klasly will charge it that day (an overdue one is charged on the next daily run). "Action needed" means it will NOT be charged by itself: there is no card on file, or the card was declined — open the booking and send a payment link, or mark it paid. A cancelled booking's payments are not listed. Member pass renewals appear on each subscription's renewal date. The amount is what Stripe will bill those subscriptions, not the pass's current price times the number of members: a member who subscribed before you changed the price renews at the price they signed up at. Passes nothing bills again — class packs, drop-ins, and monthly passes you assigned by hand — and subscriptions a member has set to end are not on the schedule.
Scheduled (blue) = set to move on its date. Pending (yellow) = waiting on your approval before it can go out. Paid (green) = already settled. Action needed (red) = a payout failed — re-queue it from the distributions page.
The dates above are when money moves on Klasly/Stripe. Money landing in YOUR bank follows your Stripe payout schedule — usually 1–2 business days later. Click "Open Stripe dashboard" for exact arrival dates.
