Connect Stripe to accept payments

Link your Stripe account so members can pay online. Pick the right country up front — postal / phone / bank formats follow.

Choose your business country

Settings → Stripe Connect. Pick the Business country (defaults to your studio's timezone — change it if your business is registered elsewhere). This determines the postal code, phone, and bank account formats Stripe will ask for.

Click "Connect with Stripe"

You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure onboarding — enter your business type, legal details, and bank account. This typically takes about 5 minutes.

Return to Klasly

Once complete, you'll see a ✅ Stripe Connected status. Member payments now go directly to your Stripe account.

Tips
  • If setup is incomplete (e.g., you left Stripe's page mid-way), return to Settings → Stripe Connect and click "Continue Setup."
  • Stripe doesn't allow changing a Connect account's country after it's created. If the postal code or phone format doesn't match your country, click Disconnect and start over while onboarding is still in progress — pick the correct country and reconnect. The old account is abandoned and can be deleted from your Stripe dashboard later.
  • Stripe Connect must be set up before members can purchase credits, subscriptions, or studio passes.
  • You need a bank account and government ID to complete Stripe setup.
  • Stripe may take 1-2 business days to verify your account. You can still set up classes in the meantime.
