Email a signing request to every unsigned member, send one waiver to one person (member or not), or copy a public link anyone can sign.
Go to Forms & Waivers → Waivers tab. You'll see a list showing who has signed and who hasn't.
This sends an email with a signing link to every member who hasn't signed yet for your primary studio waiver.
When you have more than one active waiver (e.g. main waiver + Aerial Yoga), a "Send a specific waiver to members" panel appears above. Pick the template, click "Send re-sign requests", and Klasly emails every active member who hasn't signed THAT waiver — others are skipped automatically.
On the Waivers tab, every active template has a "Send to sign" button. Type the person's name and email and Klasly emails them a signing link that works for 14 days. They don't need a Klasly account — someone new is added as a guest customer so the signed copy still lands on a profile, and an email that already belongs to a member reuses that member instead of creating a duplicate. Use this for a body therapy or massage client, a drop-in, or anyone not on the roster yet.
Next to it, "Copy link" gives you a public URL for that waiver (like the Copy link on the Forms tab). Paste it in a text or email, or open it on the front-desk iPad. Whoever opens it types their name and email, then signs. If the email already belongs to a Klasly account, the link is emailed to that inbox instead of signing on the spot — that stops anyone signing in someone else's name.
To email a single person — for example a student who showed up without signing — open Customers, click their name, and on their profile find the "Send a form to sign" card. It lists every waiver (Liability, Retreat, …) AND every active form you've built (Body Therapy intake, Media Consent, …), each with its own "Send" button. Click Send next to the one you need and Klasly emails that customer a link to sign or fill it out. The separate "Submitted forms" card below shows what they have already completed.
