Repeat a room booking weekly, let visitors register interest, or link out to a partner's own registration page — all with no pass options shown.
When creating a room booking — as an owner/manager from Rooms, or as an instructor — choose "Recurring (weekly)", pick the day of week, and the number of weeks to create. Any week that would clash with an existing booking in that room is skipped automatically, and you're told how many were created and how many were skipped.
Public room sessions appear on the embedded schedule widget with an "Interested in joining?" button instead of a Book button — styled to match the regular Sign up / Book buttons so the schedule looks consistent. A visitor enters their name and email. When creating a public room session you can rename this button (e.g. "Ask about this") and turn it off entirely for a specific session if you don't want to collect interest there.
For a partner you're only featuring (they book their own attendees), add an "External registration link" when you make the room booking public. The schedule then shows a button that opens that link in a new tab — using your custom button label, or "Register" by default — instead of the Interested form. Because it's a room session, no pass or booking options ever appear. Leave the link blank to keep the Interested form, or use neither for an information-only listing.
When a visitor uses the "Interested" form, the session's instructor and the studio owner are emailed so you can follow up directly. (An external registration link sends the visitor straight to the partner's page, so there's nothing to follow up on your end.)
