Make a session private

Hide a session from the member schedule while keeping it visible to staff.

Prerequisites

  • Feature: Schedule Visibility must be enabled in Settings → Features.

• Role: Owner or Manager or Instructor

Open the session

On the Schedule page, click the session you want to make private.

Change visibility

Set Visibility to "Private". Private sessions won't appear on the member schedule.

Save

The session will show a lock icon on the management calendar. The room is still blocked — other instructors can't book that time.

Tips
  • Use private sessions for personal practice, 1-on-1 clients, or room maintenance.
  • Private sessions still count toward instructor hour tracking in Collective Mode.
