Instructors: edit your own class (capacity, price, details)

Update the classes you teach right from the instructor portal — name, description, capacity, price, room, and visibility. Capacity changes apply to your upcoming sessions.

Open your class

In the instructor portal, go to My Classes and click the class you want to change. You can only edit classes assigned to you.

Edit the details and Save

Change the name, description, duration, capacity, price, room, or the Public / Online toggles, then click Save Changes. This now works for every class you teach, including sound baths and other one-off style classes.

Capacity applies to upcoming sessions

When you change the capacity, all of your upcoming (not-yet-held) sessions for that class are updated to the new number automatically, so the schedule and booking pages show the same limit.

Tips
  • • Capacity is never lowered below the number of people already booked into a session — those seats are protected. Raise it freely; lower it and any session that is fuller than the new number keeps its current count.
  • • For classes without a fixed weekly slot, the day and start time are set on each individual session, so those fields are hidden in the class editor. Ask your studio owner to move a session's date/time, or use the session's own controls.
  • • If Save ever fails, refresh and try again — and let your studio owner know so they can check with support.
