Instructors: view the whole studio schedule

Switch between "My classes" and "All classes" to see what else is on and what space is free.

Open My Schedule

In the instructor portal, go to My Schedule.

Toggle "All classes"

Use the "My classes / All classes" toggle. "All classes" shows the whole studio's upcoming schedule (read-only), with each class labelled by its instructor.

Tips
  • • Use All classes to find an open time/room before creating a room booking or asking to add a class.
  • • Looking for a day that has already happened? Use the ◀ arrow next to the week to step back — "My classes" keeps a year of your own history, including retreat add-on sessions with their guest names, payment and waiver status. List View is deliberately upcoming-only; the week view is where the record lives.
