The Services tab shows each practitioner, what they offer and their open times, and takes appointment requests without the visitor signing in first.
Prerequisites
The Services tab lets clients request a one-on-one appointment with a practitioner right from your website (it shows when the Appointments feature is on).
It opens on the service list — a client who knows they want "a massage" picks the service first and then sees who offers it; a "Browse by" toggle switches to picking the practitioner first instead.
A practitioner appears here once they offer at least one active service: ticking them on a service (Appointments → the service → "Practitioners offering this service") turns on "Offers bookable services" for them. To take someone off the tab, switch that off under Instructors → edit — it stays off until you turn it back on, and the service form tells you when a practitioner you ticked is hidden.
The profile (and the cards) also show Virtual / In-Studio / Mobile Service badges when you've said where that practitioner sees clients — tick the options under Instructors → edit → "Service locations" (practitioners can set their own under My Profile).
You can also link straight to it: add ?tab=mobile to your booking link (a ready-made copy button appears on Settings → Website Widget → "Your booking link" whenever the tab exists) — handy as the link behind a dedicated mobile-massage site or a "we come to you" button.
The All-in-one widget adds a "Mobile Service" tab when at least one bookable practitioner has the Mobile Service location ticked (Instructors → edit → "Service locations"). It is the same Services booking flow, pre-filtered to the practitioners who travel to clients, with a line telling the visitor the session happens at their home.
Sign-in is asked for only on the last step, once they have picked a time, so the appointment is tied to a member and you can charge the right card; the time they chose is held while they create the account.
Clicking a practitioner opens their full profile first — photo, what they do, their full bio (no trimming), every service with its price, and a preview of their next open times — with a "Book with …" button that starts the booking steps from there, so a client can read about the person before being asked to pick anything.
For a travel-visit service a signed-out visitor is shown first-visit times (the longer block that includes the consultation, and daytime only) — after they sign in, a returning client simply sees more times, never fewer.
The service cards trim long descriptions to two lines to keep the list scannable, but the full description is repeated in full above the times on the next step, so nothing you write is unreadable.
The browser's Back button steps back through the wizard rather than leaving your website, so a client who backs up doesn't lose what they picked.
A "Browse by" toggle at the top switches the first two steps around: "Practitioner" is the default (pick a person, then what they do), and "Service" opens on "What are you looking for?" — every service you offer, with how many practitioners do it and the price (or "From $X" when they charge differently) — then shows only the practitioners who offer the one they picked.
(On studios that book with credits, a credit is the payment and no card is needed, same as classes.) The Services tab also shows the member their service-package balances and lets them buy a multi-session package; buying one opens Stripe Checkout in the full window and returns them to your site, and the sessions are added to their balance to redeem on future appointments.
