On a first home visit you get two buttons after checking in: Proceed, or Not the right fit. You never have to explain why.

A first visit with an Intake is one card on My Appointments, showing the whole time from the start of the Intake to the end of the session. Check in once when you arrive, as usual.
Once you have checked in, the card shows "Proceed" and "Not the right fit". Take as long as you need — nothing happens until you tap one.
Tap Proceed to go ahead with the session, then confirm "Go ahead". The extra tap is only there so a brush against the screen cannot start a session for you. Everything continues as normal; check out when you leave.
Tap "Not the right fit" if you would rather not go ahead — for any reason, including one you would rather not name. A panel opens with three optional reasons you can tap ("Not a good fit", "Health concern", "Space wasn't suitable") and a box for anything else. None of it is required. To finish, slide the bar across; to stay, tap "Stay with this visit". The visit ends there, you are checked out automatically, and you can leave.
