Share recorded classes in the online library

Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link and members can watch the class any time from their Videos tab.

1

Turn on the online library

Settings → Features → "Online library" → Turn on. A Library link appears in the Settings menu, and members get a Videos tab.

2

Put the video on YouTube or Vimeo

Upload the recording to your own YouTube or Vimeo account. Set it to unlisted if you only want your members to see it — unlisted videos do not appear in search, but anyone with the link can open them.

3

Paste the link

Settings → Library → Add video, then paste the link. The title, thumbnail and (on Vimeo) the length fill themselves in. Edit the title if you want, add a description, and pick the instructor.

4

Publish it

Leave "Publish to members" ticked and save. Untick it to keep the video as a draft that only you and your managers can see, and publish it later from the pencil icon.

Limits
  • • YouTube and Vimeo links only. Klasly does not host video files.
  • • The library is not a paywall. Every member signed in at your studio can watch every published video — there is no per-video price and no paid tier.
  • • Removing a video from the library does not delete it from YouTube or Vimeo. If a link is truly private, make it private there too.
  • • YouTube does not tell us how long a video is, so the length stays blank for YouTube links unless you set it yourself.
Tips
  • • Unlisted is usually the right YouTube setting: members can watch without the video showing up in search.
  • • Add a description saying what to bring — members read it on the same page as the player.
