Feature a new-client intro offer

Highlight a special like "$22 for 2 weeks unlimited" above your Passes widget — limited to new clients, one per customer.

Prerequisites

  • Feature: Studio Passes must be enabled.
  • Stripe Connect onboarding must be complete.
  • Have at least one regular pass to link the offer to (e.g. an Unlimited pass).

Open Passes → Intro Offers

Click "Intro Offers" in the Passes header to manage your specials.

Create the offer

Set a title (e.g. "$22 for 2 weeks unlimited"), price, currency, valid-for days, and link it to one of your active passes — the buyer will get that pass at the intro price.

Pick eligibility

"New clients only" blocks anyone who has booked at the studio before. "One per customer" prevents the same email/account from claiming twice. Both default on.

See it on the widget

Active offers appear above the Passes widget on your website as a featured card with the studio brand color. Visitors click "Claim offer" to open the checkout page.

After payment

The buyer's linked pass starts immediately and ends after the valid-for days. Guest buyers get the standard claim email to set up an account.

Tips
  • You can disable an offer instead of deleting it — keeps the purchase history intact for reporting.
  • Set an expiration date if the offer is seasonal — the widget hides it automatically after that date.
  • The intro price replaces the pass's regular Stripe price for this purchase only; recurring renewals continue at the regular price if the linked pass is monthly.
