Automatic class reminder emails

Klasly emails every confirmed attendee 24 hours and 1 hour before each class — no setup required.

It just works

Once a member books a class, Klasly automatically sends them two reminders: one ~24 hours before start time ("See you tomorrow"), and one ~1 hour before ("Starting in about an hour"). Each booking gets exactly one of each — never duplicates.

What the emails contain

Class name, date, time, studio/room name, and (for online classes) a Join button with the meeting link. Cancellation policy is included as a footer when set on the class template.

Tips
  • • Reminders are skipped for cancelled bookings and non-confirmed statuses (waitlist).
  • • Customize the look of these emails on Settings → Confirmation emails — they use the same body template as booking confirmations.
  • • No-show rates typically drop 20–30% once reminders are in place.
