See your credits, passes, and payments

The "My Money" page shows everything money-related in one place: your credit balance, your passes and how many classes you have left, when you will be charged next, and your full payment history.

1

Open My Money

In your member menu, open "My Money" (formerly "My Payments"). Everything below is your own — no one else can see it.

2

Read the top numbers

Three cards summarize where you stand: Credits (drop-in credits left — "Unlimited" if your studio gives you unlimited), Active passes (how many passes are live), and Next charge (the date and amount of your next renewal, if any).

3

Check your passes

Each pass shows a colored status: Active (green, live), Frozen (blue, on a vacation hold), Ending (blue, will not renew), Cancelled (gray, ended), or Past due (red, a charge failed — contact the studio). You also see classes used vs included and the renew/expiry date.

4

Know when money moves

The "Next charge" section shows your soonest monthly renewal, marked Scheduled (blue), with the date and amount. One-time class packs never appear here because they do not renew.

5

Review your payment history

Every payment is listed with a status badge: Paid (green) or Refunded (gray). A refunded line means that money was returned to you. Amounts show in your studio's currency.

Tips
  • If a pass shows "Past due", a renewal charge did not go through — update your card with the studio or reach out so you do not lose access.
  • Frozen passes do not bill while paused, and your expiry is pushed forward by the days you skip.
  • If a payment is missing or a refund has not appeared, the studio can look it up — every line here comes straight from the studio's records.
