Redeem a gift card

Apply a gift card code at pass checkout. Single-use: the full balance is consumed in one purchase.

Open the studio's widget

Pick the pass you want and click Buy or Subscribe to open the checkout page.

Enter your code

In the Gift card box, paste the code from your email (format: KL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and click Apply.

Continue to payment

Stripe shows the discounted price. If the gift card is worth more than the pass, the leftover balance is forfeited — gift cards are single-use.

Tips
  • • You only pay the difference if the pass costs more than your gift card.
  • • Finish paying within 30 minutes. If you leave the payment page and start again, your gift card moves to the new checkout and the earlier payment page stops working.
  • • If the code shows as redeemed or refunded, ask the studio to confirm.
