Set up your account after a guest purchase

You bought a pass without an account — here is how to claim it so you can sign in next time.

Check your email after payment

Right after your payment clears, we email you a "Set up your account" link from the studio.

Pick a password

Open the link and choose a password (at least 8 characters). For your privacy the email is shown partly hidden (e.g. j•••@gmail.com) — just confirm the visible part and domain look right.

Sign in next time

Your purchase is already attached to the new account. Sign in any time at app.klasly.app with the email you used and the password you chose.

Tips
  • • If the link expired (14 days), reach out to the studio and they can resend it.
  • • If you already have a Klasly account with that email and have signed in before, the setup link will tell you to sign in instead — it will not change your existing password. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page if you need to reset it. Your new purchase still attaches to your account.
