Open the account your studio made for you

Your studio added you and sent an email. One button opens your account. There is no password to set.

Open the email

The subject is "<Your first name>, your <studio> account is ready". Press "Open my account".

Check your name

You see "Welcome" with your name already filled in. Correct it if it is wrong, then press "Looks right". Pressing it also accepts the Terms and Privacy Policy linked under the button.

You are in

Anything your studio already did is there: classes they booked for you under My Bookings, and your passes and credits. If the studio has a waiver, you are asked to sign it first.

Asked for a code instead?

The button signs you in with one tap for about an hour after the email was sent. Later than that, it emails you a code of 8 digits and asks for it. Open the new email, type the code, and carry on. The button never stops working.

Limits
  • • The code works once, for 15 minutes. "Send again" sends a new one.
  • • The code goes to the address your studio has for you. If that address is wrong, ask the studio to correct it.
Tips
  • • Coming back another day: go to the sign-in page, type your email and press "Send me a code". The link under the button in your invite email goes there.
  • • Want a password? You do not need one, but you can add it any time: Account → Password → "No password yet, or forgot it?" → "Email me a code", then choose the password.
  • • "Continue with Google" on the sign-in page also works, when your Google account uses the email your studio has for you.
  • • An older invite email still works. Its button emails you a code.
