Find a class on the schedule and reserve your spot.
When you open the Schedule, a "Book your next class" card appears at the top with your next few upcoming classes. Tap "Book" on any of them to reserve your spot instantly — no need to search the calendar. Each card confirms right there once you're booked.
Prefer to pick a specific class? Browse the schedule by day, week, or month below the card.
Look for a class that fits your schedule. You can see the class name, instructor, time, and available spots.
Click the class to open its booking panel — in month view, clicking a class opens it straight away (no need to switch to the day first). Then click "Book". If you have credits, one will be used. If not, you may be asked to purchase a plan first. In List view, if you hold a pass with classes left on it, a "Book with Pass" button sits right on the class row, so booking is a single tap with no panel.
You'll see a confirmation message and receive a confirmation email. If you paid for the class by card ("Book & Pay"), the email also shows the amount you paid.
When you pay by card, you come back from the payment page to a short confirmation: "Paid" with the amount, what you bought, and what it did ("You're booked", "Your pass is active", "You're in"). It goes by itself after about two seconds, or tap anywhere to continue, and your booking is right behind it, lit up for a moment. Passes and appointment packages you buy, and an appointment you pay through a link from your studio, end the same way. A class you paid for by card keeps a "Paid" label with the amount on My Bookings (it says "Refunded" if the studio has refunded it). It shows once per payment; reload the page and it does not come back. If the payment is still processing you see a note on the page instead, never the confirmation. There is no sound; on a phone it gives one small tap of vibration.
Right after a class is confirmed, the panel offers "Add to Google Calendar" and "Apple / Outlook (.ics)". The same two links appear on any booked class in List view and on the studio's website schedule, and the confirmation email carries the Google link with the .ics file attached. If you cancel later, remove the entry from your calendar too — Klasly can't reach into it.
