Understand user roles

Learn what each role can do — Owner, Manager, Instructor, and Member.

Owner

Full access to everything. Can manage settings, billing, instructors, members, and all features. There is one Owner per studio.

Manager

Same as Owner, except they cannot change Stripe settings, billing, or delete the studio. Good for trusted staff. Assign in Instructors → Edit → Toggle "Manager".

Instructor

Can view their own schedule, manage attendance for their classes, edit their profile, and view their earnings. In Collective Mode, instructors can also create their own classes and set prices.

Member

Can view the schedule, book classes, manage their payments and subscriptions, and sign waivers. Members see a simplified interface.
