Full access to everything. Can manage settings, billing, instructors, members, and all features. There is one Owner per studio.
A manager starts with no access and gets exactly the areas you switch on — 15 separate permissions (Members, Classes, Instructors, Bookings, Rooms, Payments, Messages, Settings, Teach, Class Pricing, Instructor Contracts & Membership Tiers, Tutorial, Klasly Billing, Issue Refunds, Export Your Data). A manager is not a second owner: some areas stay closed no matter which permissions you grant. Assign in Instructors → Edit → toggle "Manager", then set the permissions on the Managers page.
These stay owner-only and have no permission toggle: the Managers page itself (only an owner adds managers or changes their permissions), the Payouts hub, Stripe Connect, the studio payout method, Settings → Features (feature flags), the studio's emergency contact list, Support tickets, and deleting the studio.
Can view their own schedule, manage attendance for their classes, edit their profile, and view their earnings. In Collective Mode, instructors can also create their own classes and set prices.
Can view the schedule, book classes, manage their payments and subscriptions, and sign waivers. Members see a simplified interface.
