Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, switch between Monthly and Yearly, update your payment method, or cancel.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Monthly plans stay active until the end of the current month, then stop — no further charge. Yearly plans are refunded pro-rata for the unused months of your year (the month you cancel in is counted as used), and access ends right away. The 0.5% platform fees already taken on member payments are not part of this refund.
Your plan status changes to "Past Due". You'll see an alert on the dashboard and billing page prompting you to update your payment method. Both the payer and the studio owner receive an automatic email notification.
Klasly automatically sends email notifications for payment events. When a payment succeeds, the payer receives a receipt and the studio owner is notified. When a payment fails, both the payer and the studio owner receive an alert. This applies to studio subscriptions, member memberships, pass subscriptions, and instructor memberships.
Some studios were given a rate that is locked in for life — usually founding partners who helped shape Klasly. If that applies to you, Settings → Billing shows a "Founding partner rate — locked for life" note with your locked amount, and your subscription price will not increase for as long as you use Klasly. The same note names your platform fee cap if you have one: the percentage Klasly takes from each transaction is held at the rate you signed up under. Both are a ceiling, not a floor: if standard pricing or the standard fee is ever lower, you pay the lower one automatically.
