See what you get paid as a Wellness Partner

If a studio lists you as a Wellness Partner, your membership, what you receive on a new client's first booking, and your studio time are shown on your Earnings page.

Open Earnings

Go to Earnings in your sidebar. If the studio has listed you as a Wellness Partner, a "Your partner agreement" card shows your annual directory membership, what you receive on a new client's first booking, and your studio time for the month.

Understand the first-booking fee

The studio takes its percentage ONCE per client — the first time someone books you through their site, because that is the introduction they made. Every booking that client makes with you afterwards pays you 100%, and you are free to work with them directly from then on. The card spells out both numbers; if either is not what you agreed, contact the studio, as only they can change it.

Watch your studio time

The "Studio time this month" section shows how much of your included room time you have used. Past the included hours the studio bills the extra at their hourly rate (shown as a running estimate), and past their cap new room bookings stop until you talk to them about a rental plan.

Tips
  • • The annual membership is not billed through Klasly yet — the studio invoices you directly. If they agreed a different price with you, that is the price shown here.
  • • An overage figure shown here is an estimate from your studio's rates. Klasly does not charge it; your studio bills it.
  • • "Room Plan" is a different thing: that page is about renting studio rooms by the hour, and having no room plan says nothing about your partner agreement.
  • • An "Event plan" line, if you have one, is only about listing your own events on the studio's calendar. It does not affect what you are paid for bookings.
