Schedule a class monthly or on specific dates

Repeat a class on the same weekday each month (3rd Monday, last Friday), or pick the exact dates on a calendar.

1

Open Add Session

Go to Schedule and click "+ Add". Choose the class, instructor, start time, and room as usual.

2

Monthly: pick the first date

Set Date to the first session, then choose Repeat → Monthly. The weekday comes from that date: picking Monday, October 19, 2026 repeats on the 3rd Monday of every month. If the date is the last one of its weekday in the month, you can choose between "4th Monday" and "Last Monday".

3

Monthly: choose when it ends

For N months (6 by default), On a date, or Never. The dates it will create are listed under the options, so you can check them before saving. Never keeps adding the next month automatically.

4

Pick dates: tap each date

Choose Repeat → Pick dates. A calendar replaces the Date field; tap a day to add it and tap again to remove it. Use the arrows to move between months. The picked dates are listed underneath, and the button shows how many sessions it will create.

5

Create

Click Create. All the sessions belong to one series, so you can later edit "this and following" or the whole series in one step, or cancel "this and all future sessions" to end it.

Limits
  • • A date on the 29th–31st is the 5th of its weekday, which most months don't have, so it can only repeat on the last one ("Last Monday").
  • • Monthly doesn't support a fixed day of the month ("every 15th").
  • • If the class already has a session at that time on one of the dates, nothing is created and the form lists the clashing dates.
  • • Picked dates are created once. They don't repeat or extend.
Tips
  • • A room clash on one date skips that date only. The success message says how many dates were skipped.
  • • To stop a monthly series that never ends, open the first session you want gone, click Cancel session, and choose "This and all future sessions". Earlier sessions stay.
