Show or hide booking counts on the schedule

Choose whether members see how full each class is ("5/10 booked") on the schedule.

Open booking settings

Go to Settings → scroll to "Booking" / "Booking Credit Requirement".

Toggle "Show spots remaining"

Turn it off to hide the per-class booking count from members. A class still shows "Class full" at capacity so members know to join the waitlist.

Tips
  • • Default is on (counts visible). The change applies across the member schedule's week, day, and list views.
