Show or hide booking counts on the schedule

Choose whether members see how full each class is ("5/10 booked") on the schedule.

Open Scheduling settings

Go to Settings → "Scheduling" section. The "Show spots remaining" card is at the top. (The studio owner and any manager with the Settings permission can change it — it no longer lives under the owner-only "Booking Credit Requirement" card.)

Toggle "Show spots remaining"

Turn it off to hide the per-class booking count from members and visitors. A class still shows "Full" at capacity so they know to join the waitlist.

Tips
  • • Default is on (counts visible). The change applies everywhere availability is shown: the member schedule (week, day, and list views), your website's embedded schedule widget, the retreats/workshops widget, and public event pages. "Full"/"Sold Out" labels are always kept so booking still makes sense.
