Find a setting fast (the five Settings tabs)

Settings is split into Booking, Money, Messages, Website & app, and Account. Each tab shows what your studio is currently set to, not just where to click.

1

Booking

What happens when someone books, and when nobody answers: unanswered-request expiry and nudges, travel tips, the rebook offer, minimum notice per service, spots remaining, your time zone, schedule generation, closures, and waivers/forms.

2

Money

Everything about getting paid: Stripe Connect, studio currency, whether booking requires credits, class pricing, payout model, discount codes, and instructor contracts. The side menu on Settings pages lists Class Pricing, Payout, Contracts, Invoices and Forms only when they apply to your studio (for example Payout once you have instructors, Contracts for a collective); the cards here always link to them.

3

Messages

Who hears about what: the emergency contact list, confirmation-email templates, first-visit welcome emails, and your own email notification preferences.

4

Website & app

How customers reach you: the website widget, your personal calendar feed, the online library, optional features, and the referral program.

5

Account

Your studio name, billing, your profile, "I Also Teach Classes", support tickets, the tutorial, data export, test accounts, and deleting your account.

Tips
  • • A setting shown in words as "Off" or "Not set" still works exactly like before — only the label changed, not the behavior.
  • • Cards for things your studio doesn't do are left out, the same way the side menu leaves them out: with no classes you won't see Closures, Schedule Generation or the credit requirement, and with no appointments you won't see unanswered-request expiry. They come back the moment they apply, and Search (⌘K) still opens every page.
  • • You can jump straight to a tab from Search (⌘K) — try typing something you're looking for, like "expiry" or "tips".
  • • The full list of optional features (and their on/off switches) still lives on its own page — Website & app → Features.
