What that small link in the footer is, who sees it, and what happens when someone uses it.
A small “Report this page” link sits in the footer of your public pages — your booking link, your event pages and your join page. It is not on the booking widget you embed in your own website.
Your pages are hosted on klasly.app, so a scammer who signs up gets a page on the same domain as yours. The link lets anyone who lands on a bad page tell us, which is how we find those accounts quickly and keep the domain your customers see trustworthy.
The report goes to Klasly, never to you, and nothing about your studio changes automatically. A person reads it. If it is mistaken or malicious, it is dismissed and you never hear about it. We would only contact you if there were something real to discuss.
Reports are rate limited, and a burst of them does not suspend anything — a human decides. Reporting is anonymous unless the reporter chooses to leave an email, and we never pass their details to you.
