Pause or gift your pass

Take a vacation hold so you don't lose days, or gift remaining classes to a friend.

Open My Passes

In the sidebar, tap My Passes. Each of your active passes has two new actions: Pause / Vacation hold and Gift classes.

Pause / Vacation hold

Tap Pause, pick the date you want to come back, and confirm. Bookings are blocked while paused. When you resume (manually or on that date), Klasly pushes your pass expiry forward by the number of days you skipped — so you don't lose what you paid for.

Gift classes (class packs only)

Tap Gift classes, enter a friend's email, the number of classes to send, and an optional message. The classes are subtracted from your remaining count immediately so you can't double-spend.

Recipient claims the gift

The recipient sees a Pending Gifts card at the top of their My Passes page with a Claim button. Clicking creates a fresh pass subscription with the gifted classes.

Tips
  • • Pause limit: your hold can't extend past your current pass expiry, and a pass can be frozen for at most 90 days in total over its lifetime. If you need a longer freeze, talk to your studio.
  • • You can resume early by tapping "Resume now" — the days you didn't use are still added to your expiry, up to the 90-day total freeze limit.
  • • Gifts can be revoked if the recipient hasn't claimed yet — your classes come back to you automatically.
  • • Unlimited passes can't be gifted (no fixed count to share); only class packs.
