Email a tagged segment of members

Filter members by tag (e.g. "veteran") and send everyone in that group a custom message in one click.

Filter the member list

Go to Members → pick a tag from the Tag dropdown next to the status filter. The list narrows to that segment and a blue "Email these members" bar appears.

Compose and send

Click "Email these members" → type subject + body (you can use {memberName} and {studioName} variables) → click Send. Each tagged member receives a personalized copy.

Tips
  • • Tags come from the members CSV importer (Tags column, comma- or semicolon-separated) or can be set manually on each member.
  • • Tagged-discount auto-apply uses the same tag values, so segments stay in sync with your promotions.
  • • Body is plain text — paragraph breaks are preserved. No HTML.
