Open Payments

In your member menu, tap "Payments" — the page is titled "My Money".

View credits

The Credits card at the top shows how many drop-in credits you have left, or "Unlimited" if your studio gives you unlimited. Your passes and plan are listed below it.

Tips
  • • Each class booking uses 1 credit. Cancelling returns the credit.
  • • Monthly plan members have unlimited bookings.
  • • The "Credits" count at the top of the app appears when you hold credits, or when your studio books with credits and sells them. If your studio books with passes or lets you book for free, there is no count to show — that is expected.
