Push notifications

Members receive class reminders, booking confirmations, and new messages automatically.

1

How it works

Push notifications are alerts that appear on your members' phones and computers — even when they're not using Klasly. Members receive reminders 1 hour before class, booking confirmations, and new messages.

2

No setup needed

Push notifications work automatically. When members visit your Klasly booking page, they'll be asked if they'd like to receive notifications.

3

Install Klasly to get them on a phone

On a phone, push only works from the installed app. Every notification settings page — yours under Settings → Notifications, your instructors' under Notifications in their portal, and your members' under Notification settings — has an "Install Klasly as an app" card that either installs it in one click or tells you the exact steps for that browser. In Chrome or Edge it's the install icon at the right-hand end of the address bar; on an iPhone or iPad, open Klasly in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Tips
  • Members can enable or disable notifications in their settings.
  • A shortcut dragged onto the desktop is not the installed app — it can vanish when the browser restarts. Use the install icon in the address bar instead, and the app survives a reboot with its own window and icon.
  • Everyone installs from the same address with their own login. There is no separate app to distribute, and each person lands on their own side of the studio.
