Sell massage, reiki or therapy sessions alongside an event, with their own practitioners, times and prices.
Prerequisites
Add-on services (when the Appointments feature is on): open an event's Manage page to find an "Add-on services" section.
Add extra services offered at the event — massage, reiki, therapy, and so on — each with a modality, duration, price, capacity (1 = individual, 2 = couple, more = group), and the practitioners who provide it (with an optional per-practitioner price).
Click "Schedule" on a service to add its time slots — each slot has a date and time, an optional room label (free text, since retreats often run at outside venues), the practitioner running it, and a capacity (defaults to the service's capacity).
Picking a start time fills the end in for you using the service's length, so a day of half-hour slots doesn't mean retyping the date on every row.
Practitioners are checkboxes, not a dropdown: tick two of your three therapists and Klasly creates a slot each, at the same time, in one go (a slot holds one practitioner, so three therapists at 1:00 is three slots).
Every slot has "Edit" (fix a time, room, capacity, or swap who is running it — bookings already in the slot come with it) and "Duplicate" (copies that time into the add form with the practitioners who aren't on it yet already ticked, which is the quick way to open the same times to the rest of your team).
When you swap who is running a slot, any payout still owed for guests already in it moves to the new practitioner and is recalculated at their rate. If the old practitioner has already been paid for a guest in that slot, Klasly won't swap; remove the slot and add a new one instead.
Adding someone who already has a slot at that exact time is skipped rather than duplicated, so you can re-run Duplicate safely.
To offer 30- and 60-minute versions of the same treatment, create each length as its own service and give both the same "Group" label (for example "Massage"): they then show as ONE card on the kiosk and the public page where the guest picks a length first, and each length keeps its own slot times — no double-booking or double-paying two short slots.
